The wood pellet central heating boiler delivers the fuel with a suction fan or a screw conveyer from the store into the boiler or into a tundish and is then conveyed, properly metered out, to the burning plate. A Lambda sensor measures the values of the flue gas and the electronic control regulates the air and fuel supply. Due to the standardized fuel of clean-burning wood pellets, an extremely low-emission combustion process takes place with a level of efficiency of about 95%. The hot air of the combustion chamber is fed through heat exchangers, which provide the warm water for the heating system in turn.

Modern wood pellet heating systems offer the highest possible comfort with a fully automatic heating operation. Regulation is done by a temperature sensor and time switches. It can, however, also be monitored and controlled by smartphone.
The wood pellets will be ignited with a hot air blower. As soon as the wood pellets burn, a Lambda sensor measures the spent air and controls the supply air (forced ventilation) according to need.

Austrian wood pellet boiler manufacturers are world leaders as far as technology is concerned and a major part of their production is exported. With the purchase of a domestic wood pellet boiler from proPellets member companies, you can be sure of having acquired world-leading heating technology.
